The Côtes du Jura AOC is one of the main appellations of the Jura, a fascinating winegrowing region of eastern France, lying between Burgundy and Switzerland. It stands out for its extraordinary range of styles: from oxidative whites such as the celebrated Vin Jaune, to fresher, mineral whites, through to light, spicy reds, rosés (vin gris), sweet wines and Metodo Classico sparkling wines (Crémant du Jura). It is a broad territorial appellation, covering much of the hills of the Jura and allowing a flexible and traditional production, always linked to the unique character of the marl and limestone soils of the region.

In barrique (7–18 months)
