Benaco Bresciano IGT

The Benaco Bresciano IGT is an IGT appellation of Lombardy, which takes in the hilly areas of the Brescia shore of Lake Garda. Officially recognised in 1995, it is an appellation flexible and given to experimentation, able to bring out the best in both indigenous and international grape varieties, across different types of wine.

The area

The mild climate influenced by the lake, together with the morainic, gravelly soils, offers ideal conditions for producing wines fresh, fragrant and well structured, with a strong local imprint.
