Campania IGP

The Campania IGP (Indicazione Geografica Protetta) is one of the broadest and most versatile appellations in the region Campania, in southern Italy. It was set up to promote wines that express the identity of the Campanian land but do not fall under the more specific DOCs or DOCGs.

Campania IGP can be used to produce a wide range of red, white and rosé wines, often from historic indigenous grape varieties, but also from international varieties. The variety of soils (volcanic, clay, limestone) and microclimates gives fresh, mineral, fruity and highly distinctive wines.
