Friuli DOC

The Friuli DOC is a controlled designation of origin created in 2016, which aims to to promote the region’s winemaking identity within a wider, more modern framework. It is a “Umbrella” DOC, that is, a supra-regional appellation covering the whole the area of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia, allowing producers to unify the territorial designations under a single label, while retaining local typicity.
