Marche IGT Bianco
The Marche IGT Bianco is an appellation with Indicazione Geografica Tipica which allows flexible production of white wines throughout the whole area of the Marche. This IGT makes the most both of the indigenous grape varieties of the Marche, such as Verdicchio, Pecorino e Passerina, as those international varieties, such as Chardonnay o Sauvignon Blanc, vinified both as a single variety and in blends.
It is an appellation that leaves expressive freedom for producers, allowing interpretations traditional, modern or experimental, including winemaking in wood, orange wine, spontaneous or organic fermentations.
