Valle d’Aosta DOC Spumante Brut
The Valle d’Aosta DOC Spumante Brut is the sparkling version of the smallest regional appellation in Italy. It is made from traditional method or the long Charmat method, using mainly indigenous and international white grape varieties grown at high altitude, where the Alpine climate guarantees freshness, finesse and an elegant aromatic profile.
Thanks to the wide day-night temperature swings, these sparkling wines combine liveliness, balanced acidity and aromatic complexity, making them perfect both as an aperitif and throughout the meal.
