Founded in the 80s by René-Jean Dard and François Ribo, the estate has made its name producing Syrah e Marsanne with no filtration, minimal sulphur and spontaneous fermentations.

The Dard et Ribo Method

Dard et Ribo work with an approach that is minimalist both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The grapes are picked by hand and vinified without the use of selected yeasts or winemaking additives. Macerations are gentle, to preserve the freshness of the fruit and the elegance of the tannins.The wines ferment in used oak casks or concrete, to avoid excessive extraction and keep the identity of the terroir. The result is immediate wines, highly drinkable and aromatically complex.

Crozes-Hermitage Rouge

A Syrah juicy and spicy, with notes of berries, black pepper and violet. Silky tannins and an elegant finish make it perfect for white meats and traditional French dishes.

Saint-Joseph Rouge
