The terroir

The vineyards of Il Roncal lie in a privileged area, with an ideal climate and mineral-rich soils. The temperature swings and the cool winds favour the growth of native grape varieties such as Friulano, Sauvignon e Pignolo, which give rise to wines of great expression and character.

Sauvignon Blanc
